Analysis of Existing ICT Infrastructure & Readiness for E-learning

The objectives of the infrastructure & e-learning readiness analysis are as follows: 1. To document the ICT infrastructure status in the RUFORUM institutions. 2. To document the status of ICT Policies and ICT Strategic Plans in the RUFORUM institutions. 3. To document the current positioning of e-learning in the university structures of the RUFORUM institutions. 4. To verify and document issues relating to e-literacy of academic staff. 5. To evaluate and document the support available from the ICT Departments in each institution.
