Abstract:
The Journal of Food Security is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes articles in all areas of food security. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of food security.
Subject areas include, but are not limited to the following fields: agricultural and environmental sciences, including genetics and systems ecology; animal husbandry, fisheries science and plant science; economics, information sciences and decision theory; food technology and balancing agricultural outputs across food, feed, fibre and fuel; global change, biodiversity, climatology and abiotic stresses; public health in relation to the condition of food and nutritional security; strategies for the implementation of new policies and practices
